Brief introduction:

Water-based polyurethane is a new polyurethane system that uses water instead of organic solvents as the dispersion medium. It is also called water-dispersed polyurethane or water-based polyurethane. Water-based polyurethane uses water as the solvent and has the advantages of no pollution, safety and reliability, excellent mechanical properties, good compatibility, and easy modification.

Production Method:

The self-emulsification method, also known as the internal emulsification method, refers to a method in which the polyurethane segment contains hydrophilic components and therefore can form a stable emulsion without the need for an emulsifier. The external emulsification method is also called the forced emulsification method. If the molecular chain contains only a small amount of non-hydrophilic components, an emulsifier must be added to obtain an emulsion.

Direct chain extension of diamines and ketimine-ketazine method

Hydrophilic segments or groups sufficient to self-emulsify, or completely free of.
