Production Method:

Raw materials such as water and concentrated sulfuric acid are stored in the storage tank and automatically added to the reactor according to the formula. The weight is controlled through the weighing module and the temperature is accurately controlled through the mold temperature oil bath system. Concentrated nitric acid, etc. pass through the high-level storage tank and are slowly added into the reactor through the proportional regulating valve to control the flow rate to control the reaction. After the reaction is completed, it is transported to the finished product storage tank through a pump.
