Horizontal Sand Mill

The horizontal sand mill consists of the machine body, grinding chamber, grinding disc(or driving rod ), separator, feeding pump and grinding medium.

The diaphragm pump of the horizontal sand mill forms a circular grinding process between the material in the tank and the grinding chamber. The grinding medium with high filling rate in the chamber is driven by the dispersing plate(or driving pin rod ) to generate forces in various directions and moves irregularly. The particles in the material are constantly collided and rubbed by the grinding medium. At the same time, the screen separates the material from the grinding medium, and the material continuously circulates from the material tank to the grinding chamber to achieve the purpose of smaller particle size and narrower particle size range.
