Description

When the basket mill is working, the motor drives the lever and the bottom dispersion disk to rotate at a high speed, causing a vacuum on the upper part of the dispersion disk and inside the basket chamber. Then the slurry is sucked into the basket grinding chamber. The lever drives the grinding media in the chamber to generate forces in all directions. The particles in the material are constantly collided and rubbed by the media, making the particle size smaller. The high-speed operation of the dispersing disc generates volex flow to suck out the material from the chamber and recirculate it, which has a very significant dispersing, grinding and mixing effect.

The basket mill integrates the dispersing and milling in one process.It’s very easy to clean and with little residue. Various sizes of processing capacity from 2L to 2000L are available.
