The high speed disperser is mainly used for scattering slurry raw materials with different viscosities. The blade is of up and down saw-tooth disc form. The high shear disc blade rotates at a high speed and creates a radial flow within a mixing vessel. The flow push the material to the edges of the blade. Then the material is rapidly dissolved and mixed among the liquid.
The motor is fixedon the top of the tank. It has floor-mounted and platform-installed type.

The speed can reach 1440rpm and the linear velocity is about 20m/s, which can rapidly disperse the powder into liquid.
Optional jacket tank can pass heating or cooling medium, which can improve the mixing efficiency and control the temperature more easily.
The vacuum function helps prevent air entry in the material, which makes the finish product more smoother.
Use industrial three-phase asynchronous motor, it can run for a long time.
The wetted material is stainless steel 304. And SS316L is optional.
