Description:
The high speed disperser is mainly used for scattering slurry raw materials with different viscosities. The blade is up and down saw-tooth disc form. The high shear disc blade rotates at a high speed and creates a radial flow within a mixing vessel. The flow push the material to the edges of the blade. Then the material is rapidly dissolved and mixed among the liquid.
The hydraulic lift disperser use an oil hydraulic lift to raise and lower the disc blade from and into the mixing tank. The lifting is stable and safe. It’s uaually for big batch production.
Features:
Hydraulic Lifting: the mixing head is raised and lower to the mixing tank by an oil hydraulic lift;

Jacketed tank, which can pass oil or water for heating or cooling;
Wetted parts Stainless Steel 304. SS316L is optional;

Applications:
It’s suitable formiddle to big batch dispersing and mixing liquid materials and slurries with material viscosity below 20000cps and solid content below 60%, such as latex paint, industrial paint, water-based ink, inks, adhesives, dyes ,etc.
