Description

Usually different states of materials are not compatible. Emulsifying is a process which evenly make one phase to another continuous phase. As its structure and high linear speed, it has high efficient shear force.Through mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, so that one phase is evenly distributed into another or multiple phases to achieve the effects of refinement, homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, thereby forming a stable state of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid dispersion systems.

The hydraulic lift emulsifier use an oil hydraulic lift to raise and lower the emulsifying head from and into the mixing tank. The lifting is stable and safe. It’s usually for big batch production.

Hydraulic Lifting: the rotor-stator head is raised and lower to the mixing tank by an oil hydraulic lift;

Stepless speed regulation (Frequency Converter Control);

Jacketed tank, which can pass oil or water for heating or cooling;

Wetted parts Stainless Steel 304. SS316L is optional;
