Description

The high speed disperser is mainly used for scattering slurry raw materials with different viscosities. The blade is up and down saw-tooth disc form. The high shear disc blade rotates at a high speed and creates a radial flow within a mixing vessel. The flow push the material to the edges of the blade. Then the material is rapidly dissolved and mixed among the liquid.

Lab Manual Lifthigh speed disperser is suitable for low to middle viscosity material. The structure is simple and easy to use. It’s widely used in laboratory and factory for test and experiments. It adopts frequency converter to adjust the speed, and the shaft speed is displayed on the converter directly. According to the speed and disc diameter, the linear velocity can be calcuted. From the relationship between velocity, viscosity and reaction rate, it can provide important data for mass production. The max speed can reach 8000rpm. It can rapidly disperse or dissolve the powder into the liquid by it’s high shear.
